Delete inside BotikaWatch
- Open the BotikaWatch consumer app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion information, type DELETE, and confirm.
This is the fastest route when you can still access your account.

Delete an app account, remove a website signup, withdraw consent, or request access and correction. Choose the path that matches your concern.
Cannot access the app?
Email from the address linked to the account. Include your name and say that you want the BotikaWatch account deleted.

Use the same email address you entered on the website and ask to be removed from the family, botika, or both update lists.

For a partner or pharmacy account, identify the branch and the authorized account email. BotikaWatch may verify authority before changing or deleting business records.

Subject to applicable Philippine law and identity verification, you may also ask for:
- Access to applicable personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Withdrawal of consent
- Objection to processing
- Erasure or blocking
- A portable copy where applicable
Send the request to hello@botikawatch.ph. Explain the request and identify the account or signup email. BotikaWatch may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, backups, or legal obligations.
Keep your request safe. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment details, diagnoses, full prescriptions, or unrelated identity documents. We will request only the information reasonably needed to verify and complete the request.
